I did take away other things from this but am unable to get past the fact that your preschooler goes to sleep without someone next to him and mine does not. 😆
This has not always been the case. Up until he was about three he slept unassisted and then he wanted us to fall asleep next to him for about a year. We’d have to top toe out of his room somewhere between 9-10pm 😭 but recently a flip switched and he’s chiller with going to bed while still awake. Last night was a hiccup but I *think* it’s something we can mitigate for him. Here’s hoping. May your kiddo start sleeping independently soon too!
Weird be good, all else is mundane! My experience is pessimism looks backwards, but faith always looks forward. Love you ❤️
